Vegas Night Photo Walk

During Spring Break, I was with my family out of town. The timing of this assignment was great, as the Vegas strip is known worldwide for its bright neon lights and its hustle and bustle.

Because of the high winds that were present during my family’s brief stay in the gambling capital of the world, and because of the not-the-best condition of my parents and their health, it was actually a little hard to take these pictures for this week. We couldn’t walk for long due to my parents being in pain, and the high winds made it hard to make sure my pictures, with their lowered shutter speed, weren’t too blurry due to my hands’ motion. Additionally, the crowds that were out walking at the same time as us weren’t always the most kind, as I got jostled around many times when trying to pause off to the side of a walkway to take a quick picture. Altogether though, I do like how my pictures turned out. A lot of them give me a cyber-punk feeling, or a disco vibe.
